Changing the business world for the better – by helping businesses develop a sustainable competitive advantage so that they can enjoy more income and wealth and generate more prosperity and jobs.
Changing the wider world for the better – by helping to make a lasting difference to both the environment and to those who are less fortunate in life.
You receive a bundle of software, tools, resources, training videos and guidance. Full details are here, but in summary they give you everything you need to honour the commitments you have made in Step 1.
We will also show you how to get much of the extra work involved in honouring your commitments done by talented 18-25 year school leavers and graduates who are looking for work experience and/or internships. Whilst working with bright young people in this way is by no means compulsory, there are two big reasons why you are urged to consider it:
It makes things better for them – since they will be getting high quality and rewarding work experience that will give them a much stronger CV and make them much more employable
It makes things better for you – since much of the extra work will be done at little or no cost by talented people who are really eager to learn and to impress
Better morale and motivation – as you and your entire team enjoy a better sense of purpose and job satisfaction than ever before
Sales leads from offering attention-grabbing freebies – since a key part of the process involves you offering valuable free meetings to business owners who are not yet your clients but who want you to show them how you can help change the world for them. This is a much better way to win new clients than the “initial consultation free” type meeting that most accountants offer.
The process also involves you offering the same freebies to your existing clients, which should lead them to give you more referrals, be more loyal and buy more of your additional services
